Default start date + net workdays = end date

I want to caculate the end date which exclude the saturday and sunday, I have
a defined start date plus the working duration(net workdays), and get the end
date. For instance, the project started on 7/14/2009, and work duration is 25
working days, I want to get the this project complte date. anybody has this
formular?
