Default TYPING COLUMN HEADINGS IN EXCEL!

i need to type a column heading (like a title on top of each column). i also
need to print this please help i'm at work!

If your data is in row1, you'll have to insert another row. Click on row1,
so the whole row is highlighted. Go to Insert, Row and a new top row will
appear for you to use as a column heading.
