Default Urgent: Excel 2003 - 2007 conflict!

Hello everyone,

I have both MS Office 2003 and MS Office 2007 on my computer right now.
When I try to open an Excel 2003 file, MS Office 2007 opens it directy.
But I want to use MS Office 2003 application since it's easier.

NOTE 1: I want to keep MS Office 2003 and 2007 at the same time in my
computer.
NOTE 2: "Open With" Excel 2003 doesn't work.

So, please help me as soon as possible without suggesting to remove MS
Office 2007 from my computer!

Thanks..

go to help in excel 2003 and select detect and repair. then double clicking
an xls should open in excel 2003 instead of 2007.

I'd try re-registering xl2003:

Close Excel and
Windows Start Button|Run
"C:\your path to excel 2003\excel.exe" /regserver

The /regserver stuff resets some of the windows registry to excel's factory
defaults.

And the last version of excel that is installed or re-registered should be the
windows default action.
