I selected show/hide from the tool bar to remove formatting, but the
paragraph mark remains and does not disappear like the space marks etc. Does anyone know how to fix this. -- Inez |

This sounds like an MSWord question.
If that's true, then in MSWord 2003 menus: Tools|Options|View Tab and uncheck the formatting marks you don't want to see.
