Default IF formula to conditionally format a cell

Sorry for the blank post, I hit enter to move to this box...

Here is my question. I have a spreadsheet where I want "C29" to say... If
"N41 is <= 1594 then shade C29 to red if not leave it normal. Can this be
done?
