Default Excel 2007 workbook reference

I am trying to reference a cell in a different workbook, and canoot remember
the format to reference a cell in a separate file. Can anyone help? I have
multiple worksheets in each file and spaces in the worksheet names and file
names.

Default Excel 2007 workbook reference

Open both workbooks.

In a cell in destination workbook type an "=" sign

Switch to cell in source workbook and hit ENTER key.

Excel will show you the proper syntax including the addition of single
quotes when spaces in names are encountered.
