Iserror - too many arguments

I have the followig formula:

=(if(iserror(HLOOKUP($B7,mm!$2:$23,22, 0),0,HLOOKUP($B7,mm!$2:$23,22, 0))

And I'm getting an error saying too many arguments. Help!
