Default Can't set visible page breaks permanently

Whenever I open a workbook in Excel 2007, the page breaks on the individual
worksheets do not display. I can set them to display by going to Excel
Options\Advanced. As soon as I save the workbook then re-open it however,
the page breaks are no longer displayed. Does anyone know how to set the
Excel Options so the page breaks display all the time?
