Default Realigning Pivot Data

Hello

At the moment I have three lots of data in my pivot table are they are shown
in the same row i.e. one on top of the other.

Sum of Allocation 1,257
Sum of Sold 999
Sum of % Sold 79%

Does anyone know how I can show the data by columns instead?

Thanks

The nice thing about pivot tables is that in general things are easy to move
around. The heading above your 3 Data elements is a grey drop down with the
word Data in it. Grab the box and drag it from it's current position in the
left hand column and drop along the top in the appropriate row. As you drag
the Data box you will get an I-beam indicator letting you see where it is
going to position itself...

Got it thanks Jim. Knew you could move column and row fields just didn't know
it with data!

Thanks again

James.
