There are several methods:
1. Select the table in Excel. Select Copy from the Edit menu. Go to your Word document. Select Paste. This will likely paste your table into Word as a Word table, which you can then edit, resize, change fonts, etc. 2. Select the table in Excel. Holding down the Shift key, select Copy Picture... from the Edit menu. You can select either a Picture (i.e. a Metafile) or a Bitmap. Select Picture for best quality. Go to Word. Select Paste. 3. Same as Step 1 above, but select "Paste Special" in Word, and select "Paste Link" instead of "Paste" so that whenever you update your table in Excel, the picture in Word also updates. 4. Same as Step 2 above, but "Paste Special" and "Paste Link" in Word.
