Default Logging Conversations

We use Communicator 2007 and Outlook 2003. I would like to log all
conversations automatically, but the two check boxes to enable logging to
Outlook are grayed out. Is there a way I can just log conversations to a log
file on my hard drive? There has to be another way to automatically log
chats?

You may want to ask in a different forum. This is dedicated to excel.
