Default Logging info from one worksheet to another

I need to log info from a request form in excel to a separate worksheet that
will add info from the original request each time it is modified, without
changing the previous info.

Any suggests for the proper formula? I was trying an If/Then formula but
could not get it to work.

Just referencing one page from another will probably give you what you want:
=Sheet2!
(Sheet2! is the name of the sheet that you are referencing).

Post back, with more details of what you want to achieve, if you need more
help.
