Default Conditional formatting - Numbers and words

Hi.. I would like to use and Icon set with multiple formulas. I have both
number data (+20%, -20%) and Letters (Up, Down). If I am using the 3 arrows
icons how do I set up the format so:
0 or €œUp€ gets a Green arrow

=0 or €œFlat€ gets a Yellow arrow
<0 or €œDown€ gets a Red Arrow

Thanks for your help!

Company LS Acad Gov Food Safety Envir Chemical
Agilent -11% 10% 10% 30% NA Down
Dionex Up NA NA Up Up Down
Life Down Up Up Up Up Up
Thermo Down Flat/Down Up Up Flat/Down Down
Waters -7% 15% 25% 28% -23% -19%
