If you have decimals
#,##0.00;-#,##0.00; OR #,##0;-#,##0; Another way is to goto ToolsOptions view, Uncheck zero values...but will take off zeroes for the entire workbook not just for the table If this post helps click Yes --------------- Jacob Skaria "dpal" wrote: How do you format a cell that has a "0" in it within a table so it won't print?
