It seems that left alone, Excel will adjust the print range when the size of
pivot table changes. However, (and I'm not 100% sure about this is what
happened) if the print range is manually adjusted at some point, Excel will
no longer adjust the print range fro subsequent changes.

Does this make any sense and if so, is there a way to get it back to
automatically adjusting the range for changes in the size of the pivot table?
