Default MSExcel 2007 Filters do not allow Copy and Paste of data

In MSExcel 2003, I could apply a filter, highlight the data that was selected
and paste it to another worksheet. When I attempt to do this in MSExcel 2007,
the data that is pasted includes all the data from the worksheet from which
it was selected (i.e. it unpacks the filter when you paste it and all the
lines are shown). Is there a patch that needs to be installed to correct this
problem?

Try this

Select the whole data range or if you not have empty rows/columns in the range
you can use Ctrl * to select all data or use F5SpecialCurrent regionOK with
one cell selected in the data range.
If it copy all the data (there are a few reports of 2007 users) use also the shortcut
Alt ; or F5SpecialVisible cells onlyOK to select only the Visible cells.

Hi,
Once the information is filtered press CTRL G, special, visible cells only,
then CTRL C and then go to where you want to copy the information and press
CTRL V

If this helps please click yes, thanks
