Gridlines in Excel 2007
In A1 enter a space.
In M56 enter a space. Set print range to A1:M56 Excel will happily print with gridlines. Of course you must checkmark "gridlines" in page setupsheet Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Tue, 9 Jun 2009 18:02:01 -0700, jslow wrote: Hi, Is there any way to print grid lines in Excel 2007 for a complete page even though you do not have data in all cells on the page. Gridlines in Excel 2007
Hi,
Just define the Print Area as extending down as far as you want the grids to show, no need for a space at the bottom right corner. Page Layout, Print Area, Set Print Area -- If this helps, please click the Yes button. Hi All,
Thanks for the replies. I tried Shane's suggestion and it worked. It seemed like the easiest way of printing gridlines. Thanks again. -- Dell Vostro 420, WinXP SP3 Pro, Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 Processor, 500 Gig HD, 80 Gig Ext USB 2 HD, 3 GB RAM, IE7 & OE 6, NSW 2008 Premium, Norton Anti-Virus 2009, Ad-Aware 2008, Spybot-S & D1.6.2,ZA "jslow" wrote: Hi, Is there any way to print grid lines in Excel 2007 for a complete page even though you do not have data in all cells on the page.
