Default How do I transfer data from one worksheet to another? (Excel 2003)

I've got results form an ongoing survey on several seperate worksheets within
one Excel workbook (i.e resullts from March and September 2004 on one
worksheet, March and September 2005 on a second worksheet and so on). I've
collated the results onto a seperate sheet in two columns (headed Date and
Percent) from which I've created a chart (on another worksheet).

I need to be able to automatically transfer new data (for March and
September in the following years) to the collated results and automatically
update the chart.

This new data appears in four seperate cells in the new worksheet(s) which
are created from a blank results sheet.

Can I do this with Excel 2003, or do I have to do it manually?
