Default how can I create moveable text boxes in excel spreadsheet

I am cteating a master school timetable in an excel spreadsheet, rows are
staff codes, columns are courses they will teach, I would like to move the
courses around in boxes instead of coping and pasting them into different
cells.

If you use TextBox'es from the Drawing toolbar, you can left-click their
