Default Diagonal header row

I want to have the top "header row" show at a diagonal. I figured out how to
have the text do this (format/cell/alignment), but how can I make the cell
itself angle diagonally?

Thank you

Default Diagonal header row

It will "appear" angled if you simply place borders around those cells.
