Default Conditional formattion for whole row based on one cell value

Hi,
I am using Excel 2007.
I need to use Conditional formating for whole row based on one cell
value.
If cell value is more then 25, cell colour formatting should be
applied to whole row.

Can some one pl explain me how to acheive it?

Thanks in anticipation.
Regards,
Madiya
