Default Macro smallest/highest record

Hi, i need a macro to keep the smallest and highest record.

Ex:
date door time name dep1 dep 2
01.05.2009 in 07:52:51 A.D.
01.05.2009 out 16:33:27 A.D.
01.05.2009 in 16:33:37 A.D.
01.05.2009 out 21:00:04 A.D
02.05.2009 in 07:45:01 A.D.
02.05.2009 in 08:22:14 A.D.
02.05.2009 in 16:04:10 A.D.
02.05.2009 out 20:59:09 A.D.

I need the macro to keep only this:
01.05.2009 in 07:52:51 A.D.
01.05.2009 out 21:00:04 A.D
02.05.2009 in 07:45:01 A.D.
02.05.2009 out 20:59:09 A.D.

The names are not in order, only the date and time. And i have about 100
names. Another thing is that one person can have only one "out" and 3 "in",
or just one ("in"or "out").
All i need is to keep the smallest row with "in" and highest row with "out",
by looking first at the date, then time, then name and then at door.
Can this be done?
Thanks!
