Default Excel 2000 AutoSave settings not saved between sessions

Terminal Server 2003 and Excel 2000.
AutoSave feature available and works during session.
Roaming profiles setup and working properly.
Log out of Terminal Server and AutoSave settings not saved. Have to
reset session.
Any fixes?
