Need title separated into 2 columns
Instead of the jobcode being one title, need to break manangement title out
to two new columns: Title and Section with title spelled out. Is this possible? JOBCODE# JOBCODE Title Section 50612 Invoice Auditor 1031 VP, Field Vice President Field 1031 VP, Field 50321 Orientation Coord 50211 Exec. Asst. 10461 Dir., Northern Division Director Northern Division 4011 Region Mgr Manager Region 10219 VP, Sales 10219 VP, Sales 4011 Region Mgr 4011 Region Mgr |

Need title separated into 2 columns
Not exactly as you asked for it, but...
you can do some damage to it.. Highlight your jobcode and go to Data - Text to columns, and select delimited. select space as your delimiter. highlight your first title column, find VP, replace with Vice president. Same for any other common abbreviations, Mgr to Manager, etc. for those that break out into multiple fields, you can use concatenate.. = D2&" "&E2 would combine cells D2 and E2 with a space between them... May have to do a few of those kinds of things, but better than the alternative...
