Default Need title separated into 2 columns

Instead of the jobcode being one title, need to break manangement title out
to two new columns: Title and Section with title spelled out. Is this
possible?

JOBCODE# JOBCODE Title Section
50612 Invoice Auditor
1031 VP, Field Vice President Field
1031 VP, Field
50321 Orientation Coord
50211 Exec. Asst.
10461 Dir., Northern Division Director Northern Division
4011 Region Mgr Manager Region
