How do I change the "plus sign" to an arrow in Excel 2002?
The plus sign also changes to a paintbrush icon when format painter is selected and it's wasting my time because it doesn't accurately select the cells I want. |

You don't change the plus sign to an arrow in Excel.
The paintbrush icon will select the cells you point it to. If it is wasting your time, do not select cells you don't want.
