Default Mulitiple data selection

I have P&L data for 3 years i.e: 2007 Actual, 2008 Budget & 2008 Actual.

I have an executive summary where, when I pickup a month, it must populate
relevant P&L information against the P&L item for the month & YTD. However, I
have a problem where my P&L always provide YTD numbers and not the selected
month. (eg: If I pick to report for the month June then it must give me the
June Month result and June YTD for the 3 years as above)
How can I achieve this on my report?
