Default Upload an Excel file?

I am organizing a high school reunion and have an Excel file with most of
alumni's contact details e.g. emails, telelephone numbers, etc. There is a
class picture embedded on one of the work sheets.
I require a free upload web site where only invitees are able to view the
contents of the Excel file, but are not able to edit the contents - this
facility is to remain with me only.
Any advice will be appreciated.

There are options to save the excel document using passwords. See the
attached. It's from Excel2000. Newer versions of Excel have similar
abilities.

Thank you, Dennis.

Can you suggest a web site that I can upload the file to?
