Default Lost Column Letters

I dont know, but I have lost the column headings. They are there, but they
are numbers. So my rows and columns both have numbers. How can I get column
a,b,c, etc back?

Opne the Office button in the upper left hand corner goto excel options;
click on formulas and uncheck the R1C1 checkbox.
