Default Conditional formatting, If cell

Help,

A3 = £6000
B3 = no business likelihood.

If I need to change A3 to a colour code of "red" if B3 = no business
likelihood, how do I do this?

Excel 2003
select A3, then Format-Conditional Formatting-FormulaIs
insert the formula:
=B3="no business likelihood"
click Format-Patterns tab and change the colour to red

hope this is what you meant
