Default Changing the name of a sheet

In Microsoft Excel 2007 how can I change the name of a sheet instead of
having it named sheet 1, sheet 2, etc.?

The easiest way to change the name of a sheet is to right-click the sheet in
the bottom left corner of the window and double-click or right-click the cell
and type the new name you would like to name it.
