Hi MyVeryOwnSelf:
I did what you suggested using Excel 2000 and it worked! Note in this version of Excel the formating was truncated when I inserted the 2nd file. I was able to see the whole inserted file in Print Preview mode however. That is where I was able to see everything and was able to adjust the inserted box to my preference.
