Default Inserting part of a Spreadsheet into the Current Spreadsheet

Hi MyVeryOwnSelf:

I did what you suggested using Excel 2000 and it worked! Note in this
version of Excel the formating was truncated when I inserted the 2nd file. I
was able to see the whole inserted file in Print Preview mode however. That
is where I was able to see everything and was able to adjust the inserted box
to my preference.

Maybe something like this would help.

Save a second worksheet in a separate file, then close Excel.

Then, open the first file and use
Insert Object Create from file Browse
and select the separate file.

(I have Excel 2003.)
