Default Two Independent Variable Correlation

I want to correlate a single dependent variable(Y) with two idependent
variables(X1,X2). I am looking to get an equation the gives Y as a fucntion
of X1 & X2. Has anyone ever done this in excell?

Use LINEST() where the range passed for known_x's has two columns.
