Default Using Excel and Photos

I want to insert a photo into a single cell and only see as much as that cell
will show. If I increase my cell size, I see more of the picture if I
decrease the cell size, I see less of the picture. If I set a border around
the cell, it would border the picture.

I don't want it to show over top of the spreadsheet, but within it.

Pictures rest "on top of" the worksheet, rather than in cells

one method is to make the cell as big as the picture. set the pic inside the
cell, then set the pic properties to"move and size with cells"
