Sorry, no horizontal mid-cell border. There is a diagonal that can run
top-left-to-lower-right or top-right-to-lower-left. You could perhaps use a line from the drawing menu (View | Toolbars | Drawing) it will stretch if the column is made wider, but won't reposition itself if the row is made taller/shorter.
