Thank you - I checked and checked for a black and white checkbox to be
checked yesterdy - this morning - you were so sure that one was checked I went back in and sure enough one was. However, when I print the spreadsheet the same cell information prints out black. When I look in print preview I see the information also. This is a shared worksheet on a network with a couple different printers. The spreadsheet is set to color both in Excel and on the printer properties. |
