I am trying to manage a few things I am selling and shipping off. In column a
I have the price I sold it for. In column b I have the shipping price that was charged and in c I have the total profit made which is a-b, Is it possible to format them so it automatically subtracts from B from A so I can get C? Thanks in advance! |

Do I have to go down each column and change the number to the corresponding
row or is there an easier way? "Sheeloo" wrote: In C1 type the formula =A1-B1 then copy it down Col C in the cells you want the same calculation... for C2 it will change to =A2-B2 and so on... Excel will do it for you. Click (and hold) the "fill handle" -- the little
black box on the bottom right of the cell. Drag it down as far as you want. When you release the mouse button, Excel will fill in the cells, adjusting the cell address appropriately. Regards, Fred.
