Can I save a worksheet as a picture?
Is there a way to save a worksheet as an image, ie. not as a spreadsheet
with formulas etc. but just as it looks when printed? If I could save it as a PDF or as a JPEG file or something like that, that should do it. In the Print dialog I see Microsoft XPS Document Writer as a printer option, so I tried that and it saves the file as a *.xps file, which I can then open and it does exactly what I wanted but when I emailed it (as a test) to myself it doesn't allow me to open the attachment. I get the message "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded." I think it tries to use Internet Explorer to open the file. Is there another way to do this? My reason is that I am using the Excel drawing tools to create some images which I would like to email to a friend as images, not as Excel files. Microsoft Office Prefessional 2007, Windows XP with all patches. |
