I am sure the problem is not with the printer. I have three spreadsheets in
this workbook and two of them have the print quality set at 600dpi which
cannot be changed. The third spreadsheet was blank in the print quality box
but I was able to change this to 600 dpi which has solved my immediate
problem as Adobe Acrobat would not convert the workbook to a pdf file until
all spreadsheets had the same print settings.

I am running Windows XP Pro, MS Office 2003 Pro, Adobe Acrobat 6 Pro and my
printer is a Samsung CLP500 colour laser.
