Default How do you change the destination of "print to file" in excel xp?

Any ideas? Also, how can you view these files when they have been saved?

1)When you select Print to File you should be prompted for a location of the
file that will be generated.

2)Unless you have set up a Generic Text Printer that will create .PRN files
(which are text), selecting Print to File creates a file that is specifically
intended to be sent to the type of printer that you selected. To my
understanding, you cannot view that file. Those files can subsequently be
"copied" to your printer, which will treat them as any other print job. One
important note: As I recall, you need to do a Binary Copy to the device,
otherwise, all non-printing characters (printer codes) are stripped from the
file and you just get a plain text printout.

I hope that helps.

Regards,
Ron
