Default pivot table

is there any option which helps the format of the pivot table report not to
change whenever we refresh or add the data fields

right click on the table
Pivot table options
1. don't change the column sizes
2. retain styles (or something like that)

Thank you for quick response but sorry to say that it doesn't work in pivot
table options "preserve cell formatting on update" and autofit colum widths
on update are checked

Hi

Under Table Options you need to
Uncheck Autoformat Table, and
Check Preserve Formatting
