with the corp tool, of course.
"Crop" I suppose ?

If Acad images ae the same as other images....

You'll find a button in the drawing toolbar.
On top on the right.
With an image of a mountain and a funny black parallelogram thing.
Probably says "crop" underneath it, too.

N.B.

When you save an Excel sheet, you hava an extra special option in the Save
As dialogue, called Tools.
In there you can specify if you want Excel to abandon the cropped partes of
images so as to reduce the size of the saved sheet.
If you choose yes, and then save, the cropped bits are definitively gone.
