Default Freeze rows in htm format

I have spreadsheet that has the top two rows stationary and it works very
well in xls format. When I "Save As" htm and go to the web page, the top two
rows are not "frozen" anymore. Is there any way to use this feature in htm?

Excel does not support this... You need to add FRAMES to your html file
manually (or through an HTML editor)
