Excel 2007 - Select Multiple Shapes
In Excel 2003, I added a tool to my Drawing toolbar to allow me to select
multiple shapes. It was something that was available, but not displayed by default. I'd like to regain that functionality in 2007, but am not sure where to find it. FWIW, I've been playing around with add-ins and the Custom UI Editor, so if I need to do that, it's not a problem. Thanks, Barb Reinhardt |

Excel 2007 - Select Multiple Shapes
Hi Barb,
Press Alt+1, choose Customize, from the Choose commands from drop down pick Commands Not in the Ribbon, find the Select Multiple Objects tool and Add it to the QAT. -- If this helps, please click the Yes button. Excel 2007 - Select Multiple Shapes
Perhaps have a look at Home tab, Find and Select pulldown, Selection Pane.
