Default Downloaded CSV Data to Automatically Appear in Separate Columns

Hi

When our Excel 97 users download data from a particular site in CSV format
the data is not separated automatically into columns. They have to manually
run the Text to Columns feature. Is there a setting / process that will
allow the data to automatically format into columns upon download? This only
seems to impact our 97 users.

Thanks in advance

I'd check to see if the windows list separator (in the control panel|regional
settings applet) is the same as what's used in the .CSV file for the offending
pc's.
