Default swapping data from 2 separate columns

I have data in column B and data in column F. How do I swap the two columns?

Default swapping data from 2 separate columns

Select column B (using the column header at the top) and cut to the
clipboard. Paste in some blank column.

Select column F and cut to the clipboard. Paste into column B

Cut the original column B whereever you put it and copy into F.
