Downloaded CSV Data to Automatically Appear in Separate Columns
Hi
When our Excel 97 users download data from a particular site in CSV format the data is not separated automatically into columns. They have to manually run the Text to Columns feature. Is there a setting / process that will allow the data to automatically format into columns upon download? This only seems to impact our 97 users. Thanks in advance Monk |

I'd check to see if the windows list separator (in the control panel|regional
settings applet) is the same as what's used in the .CSV file for the offending pc's.
