When entering 07 I put an apostrophe in front to ensure the leading zero
stayed in place. For some reason I can't do this now when I put an apostrophe in front in makes no difference, so I get 7. To my knowledge I haven't changed anything. How do I turn it back on? Thanks in advance |

I'd first take a look at the formatting of the cell, make sure it hasn't been
changed to some odd custom format. As a side note, if you're inputting a number into a cell and want a leading zero (or a 2 digit display) the better course of action would be to format the cell (under custom format) as: 00 -- Best Regards, Luke M *Remember to click "yes" if this post helped you!* "Yvonne" wrote: When entering 07 I put an apostrophe in front to ensure the leading zero stayed in place. This is for one of my users who feels their right arm has been chopped off
and uses the apostrophe function eg '07. I have to get it working again!
