Default Conversions using User Defined Functions

I am attempting to figure out the exact process to create multiple User
Defined Functions to convert Decimal to all different bases up to 32, as
oppose to just Binary, Octal, and Hex.

Default Conversions using User Defined Functions

Err..... I should have posted the problem.

I am not only unsure of the code to use, but where to create it.

Any help is deeply appreciated.
